Terms and Conditions
ZoneHop is provided free of charge, as is, with no warranty and no licence. Using it means accepting that.

Acceptance
By using ZoneHop you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. There is no account to close and nothing to cancel.
Provided as is
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. That includes, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the service will be available, uninterrupted, timely, secure or free of errors, or that any defect in it will be corrected.
No licence granted
Nothing here grants you any licence or right in the service, its source, its design, its text or its data, whether by implication, estoppel or otherwise. All rights are reserved.
Accuracy is not guaranteed
Time zone rules change, sometimes at short notice and sometimes retroactively. Daylight figures are computed from an astronomical approximation. Business hours are a generic assumption that will be wrong for many people.
Treat every time the site shows you as a suggestion to be confirmed, not a fact to be relied on. Do not use ZoneHop where being wrong about a time carries a cost — legal deadlines, travel, medical schedules, financial cut-offs or safety-critical operations.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to disrupt or overload the service, or to gain unauthorised access to any part of it.
- Do not use the support address to send unlawful, abusive or bulk unsolicited messages.
- Do not present the service as your own or imply that we endorse you.
We may block access at our discretion and without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, nor for lost profits, lost data, missed meetings or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service — whether in contract, tort or otherwise, and even if we had been advised that such damage was possible.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited to the amount you have paid to use the service, which is nothing.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain liabilities. Where that is so, the exclusions and limitations above apply to the greatest extent the law allows, and nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Changes
The service may change or be withdrawn at any time and without notice. These terms may be revised; the date at the top of this page shows when they last were, and continuing to use the site after that means accepting the revision.
Language
These terms are published in several languages as a convenience. Where a translation and the English text differ, the English text governs.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force.
